No manual with car, tyre pressure/oil?

Having had a few problems with my car recently (99 1.8 SE) which have now been fixed by the dealers under warranty, I realised when looking through all the stuff I was given when I bought the car that I don't seem to have a proper manual for the car, just a 'quick start guide'. Anyone know if it's possible for me to buy a manual from a dealers or elsewhere?

Also in the meantime, if anyone knows could they tell me what tyre pressure and oil type should be used on my car?

IIRC 32psi front and rear on a Toledo.

Very new to this forum stuff,only joined 2 days ago.
Just bought a Toledo 1.8 20v,the manaul was in french!!!
It's cheaper to buy a manual than take french lessons...£10 from my local seat dealer.
