Oil Filter type for my Cordoba 1.4S 2003

Hii,

I am planning do an oil & filter change on my 2003 1.4S Petrol cordoba. Halfords website car parts link pointed me to the right oil type (Mobil 1 ESP fully Syn) for this make/model.

But the Oil filter search didn’t point to anything.

So I put in VW Polo 1.4 (which I think is the same or closest in engine type) and it came up with ‘Halfords Oil Filter HOF293’. Does anyone know whether this will fit my cordoba as well?
I just want to make sure before I start the work (I’m doing an engine oil change for the first time myself).Any feedback in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Polo 1.4 engine is the same as the cordy, the standard seat filter it 030 "----" and can be bought from a dealer for about £4 - i'd rather have a genuine one than a halfords one personally.

I spoke to the local seat Service today and they have the oil filter 030 in stock, thanks for ur advice.
