haha well my D/V runs off that, and the two vac pipes connected on the mani go to the boost gauge and FPR. looks a lot tidier IMO ..
really do like the carbon/kevlar bits you've got there! relocating the battery to the boot sometime next week, so will look at these once thats done
cus i'm going to make up your sai blanking plate this week/end and still haven't come by anything suitable to make up your templates for the covers. i haven't forgotten you though.
cheers mate! really great of you. i've been on the forge website, and it wouldn't let me buy anything! was after some air filter pipes, but the 'proceed' button wouldn't work. so no chance of me buying the blanking plate anytime soon anyways!
PM me with a price, and i'll get it sorted over Paypal or bank transfer
Sorry to disagree but i'm not liking the engine bay.
That yellow carbon stuff looks cheap and nasty, like the idea of tidying up the bay but the filter looks to small and spoils the look totally, think its getting there and i know its all about money and time but i'll keep comming back!
Hope you porve me wrong.
BTW, Polo is top notch!
the surface area of the filter is equal to that of the standard panel filter, and belive me the carbon kevlar is not cheap!
the pics don't do it justice as to the colour and overall look, i personally think they've worked well and served the purpose of tidying up the areas where items were removed, i have considered doing them in standard black carbon fibre but i'm happy with them tbh.
everyone is entitled to their opinion and i'm not sure how much 'progress' will be made as it's up for sale but i will continue doing little bits until it goes.
