excellent mod, as for the plastic intercooler pipe, i tried a different one and didnt see any improvement on it. using a full 51mm pipe.

Its not really effecting the crash bar it looks like it is just trimmed where the two bits of metal are joined can't see it having any effect what so ever.

A lot less taken off than the forge i would say.

are u sure there £225 new mate.Got a mate pricing me one up from dingbro and am hoping it,s nowhere near that.could have got alaguna one for £90 new fromhim.

Just going on what the dealer said to me earlier my be different but that is main dealer price? I would have hoped they where cheaper then i would get a new one. If you can get them cheaper let me know, i will have one as well.

Soon pics from mine.

you may have to cut abit of the bumper to fit the forge one. some people have to and others dont

you can see there's a guide line theyre and he's using the correct equipment - what the problem with that! a bit of light sanding and stick the mesh on and its job sorted. although you'd have to have a steady hand!

So let me get this right . . . Do or don't you have to hack away at your bumper to get this intercooler on, is there any companies that can make intercoolers to your specific needs and size so tht you can get an intercooler to fit straight in with no hassel or cutting? I really dont fancy having to cut my bumper thats all, there expensive to buy aint they?.... :S But a full guide would be nice. What sort of costs are you looking at in full. How is it going to effect the car, i.e. how much pressure drop are you going to see and air temps? :)

oh ****ing shut up about forge vs its gettting old

dont be blinded by the money your saving and just look at the ****ing pics! the lower valance part of the bumper is about as straight as George Micheal
