You could by the Small Dynatwist and take the cover off. Mines currently got the cover off and iv made a heat shield around it, must say it sounds great

yeah, il take a few pictures and post them. what iv done is to leave the bottom part of the std airbox in, attach the filter and put a heatshield over the top of the filter.
yeah great idea that ant thanks, its worked a treat iv got the air comeing throught the bottom airbox with the sheild over the top reducing the hot air intake, its sounds great and looks pretty dam good to, il get some pics in a mo and post them.

its really easy to do, the heatshield is the one made by Green Filters, you can buy it from demon tweeks. all you do i bend the shield around a slide it under the big jubliee clip used for the dynatwist cover then tighten up the clip. As easy as that
hey guys i have orded a powertech open cone filter. looks pretty cool in the pics. should be comin wed or thursday so will let you know if its good! 
hey guys, got my filter on today, will post up some piccys tomorrow hopefully, sounds wicked like a mini atmos dump valve not too chav tho!!!
