1.9 110TDI takes ages to start on damp mornigs, costomer service is very very good!!! collecting replacement car next week!

I noticed last week that the car stopped accelerating from 4000rpm on, only when it was very vell warmed up. In normal drive there was no problem.Today I drove to my dealer, they said that some high pressure valve has to be changed,they had a similar problem on TSI engine before.

We'll see tommorow what will happen.

Ive started to notice a rattling going on behind my air vents i think inside the car. Its quite annoying.

Apart from that...and the ipod cradle STILL being a pain in the arse. Alls fine.

It's done by purpose - your car is just fine. When you hit the Reverse it automaticaly turns the IN-COUPE-CIRCULATION as not to breath the gas coming from the exhaust - HOW SMART,a? )))

Anyway...when you go through the smoke (hit 1st gear) the sound stops as to breath fresh air again!!!


P.S. And as to be not OFF-TOPIC - last few days after whole day staying in the parking lot my car refused to start easy (turning the key just once)...so I made second effort and it launches...I think it might be something with the gas - I will check with Shell's petrol..and if the stupid start-problem occurs one more time - I will go to warrantyservice...after all - it's only 20 000 miles!

But it does when i'm just driving along....lol. Nothing in reverse at all.

Interior sensors infront of courtesy lights unit fell out
Annoying rattle when engine under load (Simlar to Techies rattle I think)
Singed bonnet liner where clips for it were missing
Battery leads not tightened
Diplay disappered once loosing fuel distance travelled etc
Voracious thirst for oil from the TSI engine (These things happen)

Apart from that I do love it really
