yeah the aero wiper is sooooo much better than the standard one, no squeek and no smeer.

the instructions are ones i wrote having fitted one.

I will second it that it works much better than the standard one, going to be fitting one to the other Ibiza in the family. Going to wait for the facelift to come out to do the front I reckon.

it was a btich to get teh cap to fit , but hey i have made it all easier for those doing it now, arnt i so nice hehehe.

Ive got the aero wiper, sanded the cap down and it still squeeks on the return journey, and smears on the initial journey!

Any clues???

Try tightening the nut a little - my original wiper was incredibly tight.

Also with the aero wiper, you can literally bend the blade inwards quite a lot. Try bending it a little more so that it pushes with more force on the window...

Not quite sure what you guys have been doing wrong.
Me and Dillo fitted one onto Badjas car in 5 mins using only the spanner from the boot toolkit.
Dillo had a Polo courtesy car, so robbed it for all that was nice.... funniest thing is the Leon blade on the Polo was too big and 'bounced' up and over the third brake light on every sweep, classic!!

how many mm have to come off the bottom of the cap? was thinking about getting one tomm as my wiper is pretty poor! anyone got any pics? Cheers
