R32 ARB and which size rear

Evening all. i have a 2004 lcr, next week im ordering my blueflame exhaust so im not limited to rear arbs. i have got my 23mm front r32 arb from the dealer. mate works there so got it all for 60 quid. now which rear arb should i go for to best suit the front. i want it to stick to the road . should i go 28mm or 25mm? and what make seems to be the favorite. thanks alot james

James I have the 28mm Neuspeed adjustable rear ARB. This is supposed to be the best one and gives you the adjustability. I have the 23mm front one with an S3 strutt brace, this feels awesome TBH.

You'll have to go for a neuspeed rear arb on an LCR even with a Bluflame pipe.I made this mistake, assuming an aftermarket exhaust would be smaller enough to miss an Eibach rear arb.Eibach arb still hits the rear box on a Blueflame.Been there and done that now got 25mm Neuspeed.
