well got them on the car ....just! rubbing a little the tyre profile is abit too big really think 225 40 17 would fit better rather than 225 45 17 which i have now.

as i said ....just!

well 205 width tyres are fine for the cars original power output of 150bhp but with stage 2 tuning done the car wont grip that well even with my last tyres that were 215 wide then again them tyres were budgets.

Wheels look great mate, not so sure about the monster truck stance though

215s should be okay mate, other people have run 215/40s before and had no rubbing issues. The only people who did have issues with 215/40s were VERY low.

you need 195's on them wheels to get them sitting right. Thats what i ran on both my sets of 17x7.5's to get sitting perfect. Depends if you want to get it looking good or want more grip?

regarding 205's mine doesnt spin up in 2nd in the warm and dry hardly at all. Just need to get grippy tyres :p

I have 205-45 on mine, look perfect and no rubbing. But mine is a bigger car, bigger arches etc.
You might get away with 205-40's actually. The perfect size i would say is 195-45. Not cheap though!

Here are mine before the front went lower slightly:

And you don't really want to run 225's with spacers or this will happen :(
