For all who is interested in a Rear Strut Brace (As purchased before through SCN) these can be obtained from Hughes Engineering their E Mail address is : [email protected] the guy's name is Mike.

These can be purchased @ £75 all in P & P included no limit on how you can buy.

Mine is already ordered!

No, it's not really company as such. Mike is a one man operation and is usually always busy. He makes these in his spare time so please bare this mind. He will reply to your emails though or any questions you may have. I've seen some of his other work and he is a talented guy. I'm sure he could make a front brace up from a S3 sample but the S3 is good and easy enough to get hold of to make it a bit pointless.

No Mike only does the rear.

And it has already been said one guy but very talented.

Spoke with him this afternoon he's ready to go!!

Saw on of these go for about £90 on ebay recently so £75 is a bargain!

What are the pluses of these. I don't have a front strut either so interested to see what the advantages are. Also does anyone have a picture.

Comes with two brackets that slot in a gap under the carpet. The bar screws into this and is removable in about 30 seconds. Very pleased with mine. :)

This is a great mod. I could instantly tell the difference after I added mine - more so when you take it off and realise the back end is not so stable on turn in.

Once you get the hang of releasing it it's quite easy to take out if necessary, leaving just the stubs at either end - but trust me - you won't want to take it off...

Here is mine:
