thanks for your help chaps. have just bought the Fabia conversion kit off the chap on ebay who relisted them after i messaged him.

only bought my LCR this week so gonna leave it a bit before i sort the front ones out too as i'm a bit skint right now!

are the part no's in the FAQ section still valid for the golf aero wipers?

so am i right in thinking the Golf setup, one of the wiper needs to be trimmed? if this is so i might not bother with the hassle and just change the rear wiper

have seen pics of the vw retro-fit blades and look decent enough for a more suitable price...think i'll go with them rather than the whole whack

my Fabia wiper conversion kit arrived today and managed to put it on in a couple of minutes at lunchtime. am pretty please with the end result

noticed this keeps getting ignored so thought i'd reply I used a dremel cutting disc first time / my angle grinder second time

I think I saved about 50p by getting the kit from a Skoda dealer when I bought one two years ago.
