removing bumper parts

hi there
couldnt find the information i was looking for in the search area.
basically i have got a cupra bumper from a 2004 model. how do i go about removing the little covers on either side corners of the front part of the bumper. the little round covers

Use a flat blade screw driver to prise them out!
