Removing Front Bumper

Hey im trying to remove the front bumper, is their a tutorial or something I can look at. Tried searching but nothing is coming up. Ive removed the arch lining screws and the ones in the engine bay. But theres something somewhere in the middle of the bumper holding it on?

There are 2 more behind the bump strip and then 2 behind the round covers by the fog lights mate. Job done

yer... you need to remover the grey bumpstrip and there are 2 screws in line with the headlights (1 each side)

also..

and there is 1 in your left tow eye and right blank off (tow eye lookalike)


so.. screws are in

-your arch lining
-your engine bay
-under grey bumpstrip
-and tow eyes
