Wheels and coilovers are next and then overwrite the map it already has in the summer sometime...

What wheels or is it a refurb?

It needed too much £££ to repair and some of it lives on in mine Tim's and barns and will make some room for more mods to mine.

Coil overs and Arbs are on my list. Plus bushing and then stage 2 map list gets longer everyday!

Fair enough then mate, you could probably make 2k easily with the main parts like brakes, wheels etc..

Im going for xxr 527's which if setup right will look imense, easier said than done tho

Coming home from work today i noticed again the car was boosting only half but also made the most awesome sound when i let off throttle, not sure its good for the turbo but i was nearly home anyway. Ended up the N249 bypass joint coming apart, oooopss

Also fitted the yellow spring back into the 008p and took it for a spin and my god she pulls so well. The noise of the filter is the loudest iv heard on any LCR iv come across, but i dont think many people run BMC cones???

H&R spring will do you for now as they give it a nice drop and handle a touch better as well.

Mmm im not sure really, have been looking into AP's as they are quite cheap for the quality where as KW etc. are too expensive

Its all sorted now, just put the n249 pipe back onto the joiner and its all ok.

Only thing that doesn't seem right to me now is when the turbo kicks in it gives off a high pitch screech noise, it boosts and pulls fine but its just that noise

Sounds like a leak somewhere mate, have a good look at the hoses again

Sounds like a split pipe to me. If not the only sound that I can think of that is similar is a bent turbo impeller.

Car looks good, not a great fan of the headlights though. Little bit max power

Ill have a look again tomorrow mate, had a quick check over it afterwards and couldn't see anything obvious but you never know

Oh dont say that, i did check the turbo while i changed the TIP and it looked in good shape. I remember hearing this noise on the cupra when it was remaped and on stock TIP. As soon as i changed the TIP the noise never came back.

Got my cobra exhaust fitted tonight, loving it so much. Its a bit louder than what i was expecting considering its a resonated one but doesn't bother me at all.
