Well they definitely physically fit, I have my Recaro Speeds that were in my S3 waiting to go in to the LCR.

Airbag connectors should be the same, the heated seats and tilt wiring is NOT present in the LCR though. There was a thread on audi-sport about the very same thing recently (well, fitting S3 seats into an A3) and apparently the short looms from the seat to the fuse box arent available from Audi.

It will be possible to make your own looms up, just a case of finding a circuit diagram...

Yeah I know they fit OK, same fitment as Mk4 golf etc.

Yeah I'm not worried about the heating/motor wiring, I'll work that out no problems and sort out how to connect them. But I was wondering if the airbag plugs would need changing as sometimes Mk4 golf ones seem to need doing.

You will either need to get some connectors from seat or Audi if you want to directly connect them in using the stock parts (as the connectors are slightly different shapes) or supposedly you can just use your own connectors to join the wires but im not 100% convinced on the last one myself as they work on resistance.

The last time i looked into this the plastic connectors were only a few quid each

Fitment is Plug-&-Play.

Current is just a matter of fitting terminals to the plugs and getting current elsewhere.

Airbags need a small resistor to cancel the error.

Very easy really.
