The logs posted are no help to us.

You need to log in 4th gear, from about 2500 to the limiter, wide open throttle.

Log the following blocks in pairs
003 and 020
115 and 031
118 and 032.

I just lent my cable to Hewey on here but will have it back next weekend. Feel free to come over for some more logging (in 4th gear and in those pairs) next weekend though.

I'll drop you a text when I have the cable back.

a faulty d.v can cause many problems but in you case atleast if its checked you can put it behind you as it not being the culprit if its ok.my opinion its worth a check. im not tooo sure if you.ve serviced it if its a forge 007?

also check round the intercooler and see if there are any leaks. syptoms on idle seem similar to mine when i had a problem in the past. i sealed up a hose under the inlet manifold and cleaned and reset the throttlebody which did help it if i remember correctly. i also found air coming out of the front face on my intercooler which was leaking boost. basically a thorough boost leak check all over might reveal something.. again get the logs and it will help to see what may be causing the problem.

We logged the codes today as advised earlier in this thread. All runs were done with the accelerator floored in 4th gear. A bit confused on the logging of Group 020 as it was for the idle stabilisation, but did it anyhow. Some of the formatting is a bit off line on the titles for the columns - sorry for that. There were no engine codes logged before or after testing.

If anyone can help Glen out here it would be massively appreciated.

I did find it strange that the Lambda readings in Group 32 did not change across 4 runs. The problem did hit at about 4000rpm and at 6000rpm went away on most runs. It felt as if the car was holding back rather than missing as it wasn't jerking and juddering. Between us we now very little, but began to think it was a fueling issue as a result.

as dave says, very lean...

either real or an exhaust leak which is fooling the lambda into seeing other oxygen in there.

airflows are somewhere handy, maybe slightly down...
possibly worth disconnecting maf electrically, and re-running and see what afr it tries to achieve then.

does it have any exhaust leaks before the cat?

thanks guys will check the exhaust for any blowing .if not could it be a lambda probe ? and if so are there 2 lambdas or just the one if 2 which one do i replace front / back . lambda would definately give a missfire right ? surely though that would log an error code

I would disconnect maf and relog afr as I said earlier..

its not requesting the boost which is not a lambda reading issue but a "not asking for it" issue.. for some reason.

bill i will try and get it scanned again . with the maf unplugged . have tried driving it with it unplugged and there is no difference . to how the car performs .
just trying to get my head round this so i can understand it better myself . so log 115 is requested boost against actuall boost .
would you say my car has several problems or is the missfire at idle and running issues the same thing ?
i know its hard to say without seeing the car. just really want to get it sorted
oh and thanks for all your advice so far
