thats it fixed, after all thse months av put uup with it n it was a 2 min job...

Really, mine judders across looks like it scratches too but I trimmed the cap and sanded the arm a bit and it still does it!

i filed quite alot off the arm and its stopped, if i remember when i trimmed my cap i cut a fair bit of plastic from it, now its as quiet as a moose......haha

Maybe try again then, as will start using it over the winter, the soot wagon makes the rear screen dirty quickly! But I think it is just the angle of it on the screen which I can't do anything about!
