Hey, can you help me out?
Can you measure from the top of the valance to the start of the cut out on the diffuser?

Ahh ok, what I did with mine was use the first bend in the diffuser and line that up with the bend in the valance, all worked out fine for me :)

Leigh, I should have put it in the intro to my RR ;)

No bother fella, just hope the weather gets it's act together so you can get it put on the car.

Btw I don't know if you got the same instructions as I got with mine, but it said not to drive the car for the first 12 hours after bonding the two bits together, not to exceed 100kmh within 24 hours and not to wash the car within 48 hours.

Fair one, just didn't want you driving it then looking in the rear view mirror wondering who had left a Cupra R diffuser by the side of the road ;)

Cam follower changed today, not a huge amount of wear on it but certainly worth changing.

Also topped the old girl up with a bit of oil.

Yeah it's worth doing because the part is so cheap, think it cost me about £28 inc delivery, then about 15 minutes of my time.

Christmas was spot on cheers mate (back in work today though :() what about you? Good Christmas?

Happy New Year mate!!! When you heading up here to help me with my cam follower? You can bring those new springs to fit too...

Happy new year to you and the family mate.

If the weather gets it act together at some point I'll have a drive over, it's a bit grim at the moment though dude int it lol I remember doing that exhaust and it started raining, not pleasant.

A bit late but Happy New Year Sam.

Yeah the weather is pants, on the upside we've had the shortest day so we should see some daylight again soon ;)

Lovely colour :)

I need to get mine detailed and try and get rid some of the swirls from previous owner(s) :(

Need to order my cam follower too. Waiting for Dave to come back from Xmas and then will have one sorted.

Thanks man :)

I'm going to look at the possibility of getting a DAS-Pro 6 so I can get mine polished up real nice, my car is largely swirl free which is good but it would be nice to have a machine polisher rather than doing it by hand.

Yeah it's a nice easy job that's good to do for peace of mind, although if you have to wait anyway I'd advise just checking yours before you buy one, mine still had plenty of life left in it and it's only a 15 minute job to check it.
