standard on mapped car boost help

My mate has got an audi s3 210bhp fmic, miltek, airfilter split r valve that has been mapped by p torque but is having problems his car wont boost he is getting standard boost now turbo is spooling and is generating 205gs of air, we have put a 007p on it new maff, new n75, new map sensor and checked every thing for leaks, is there such a thing as a sticking actuator any info would be greatfull and also no fault codes

i have logged it but i can only log to 025 so no real help there think hes gona take it to votex congleton see what they say

Never come across a sticking actuator but theres a 1st for everything, defiantly no leaks? What is it a flat spot or lack of boost, coul be maf?

Gets some boost but just feels standard he has got stage 2 kit with stage 2 software but got blown awy easily by my stage 1 LCR its hade all new parts inc maf but still no codes shown just have to wait to see what the garage says, thanks all for your input
