bit of a development (a good one though) i took the charger to ace cafe and nando (the guy helping me) told me it isnt the ordinary run of the mill M45............................
i've only gone and bought the John Cooper S-Works charger, cermamic coated screws, and the screws are a different shape. This means more boost. Looking at maybe 1 Bar of boost pressure and maybe 230bhp that's 100bhp gain over a 1.8 16v standard
also the ADL lump might not need the compression reduced, just checking on this, but that saves taking the head apart to put the twin g60 gaskets in
looking good so far, got underpaid this month so a couple of parts will have to wait, ordered a smaller pulley, and the inlet and outlet flanges
yeh on the first page of this thread there is a list of what i need, mines a 1.8 16v though, the ADL lump, not the ABF, i dont know what differs between the 2 lumps. Some of the parts are hard to find (rocking horse poo) and the eaton brackets need to be custom made, also u'll need an m62 (harder to get than the m45, not as rare as my M45 though )

Could you ask Nando if the ABF is a similar ordeal for me please. I guess a few things may differ such a the Megasquirt 1 EMS V3 Spark extra with loom and the 317cc or higher injetors being it a 2.0, could be wrong tho
If all goes wrong i've got a CBR400RR to finance it all
lol he supercharged his abf, and his mates abf (G60RGE on e38). They used m62 chargers on theirs and have had no problems, sign up on there and pm him.
