Hi all,

I'm 6'6" and would very much like a mk4 Ibiza (probably a 130 TDi sport) but i'm concerned what the head room, I've had a few golfs and a williams clio before without a problem but i'm hoping these are Ok expecialy given the heigh adjustable seat (i think)

thanks in advance

When you first sit in an Ibiza it does feel smaller than it actually is (*im 6") but thats in the 1.2SX without adjustable seats. Also the dip in the roof just before the drivers head makes it seem smaller than it actually is. You do get used to it though.

The best thing is to go down to the showroom for a test drive.

im 6ft as well and with seat down i have plenty of room yea only prob will be for who ever sits behind you

Im 8ft 7, and i have taken my front seats out, and just sit in the back and drive :roflmao: I change gear with my toes aswell, its a nack i think

But on a serious note though, they are ok with head room in the front, but if you have the seat quite far back, then the passangers will suffer, as there isnt much room in the back as it is.

Im almost 6' 3" and its fine mate, loads of head room, even in the rear (which is VERY rare nowadays)!

I dont even have my seat on its farthest back notch on the rails. The seats and wheel are very adjustable in all directions so youll always find a perfect position! :D

I dont have a problem with the height of the ceiling either, so everything should be ok :D

i,m 6,2" and have no probs in the fr with the seat in the low setting

also my brother is 6,7" and he has a pd130 sport and he has no probs either

My car (Cupra with height adjustable seats) has just gone in the garage, so as a loan car i've got a 1.9 TDi without height adjustable seats, i'm around 6'2" and can't really get into a comfortable driving position. With the height adjustable seats though there is no problem, just make sure the people you have in the back are small!!

My 6ft 9ins mate has done that in his 106 Rallye. Ripped the rear seats out and now it just has two Cobra Monaco bucket seats in the rear footwells.

I'm 6ft 1 and have plenty of headroom and the legroom is not bad, with the seat right back on the runners and as low as it goes. On long journeys though it does get a bit uncomfortable in the legroom department.
