if you use a 8mm spanner you can get the third (centre) nut by just pullin the trim back, not far enough that it bends or creases, but thats how i did it when i took spoiler off to paint it

ok, so have part and after removing trim and spoiler totally agree with dtmwelburn, you only need to ease this back to get 8mm spanner in. The two other bolts are covered by rubber covers.

design flaw in lights as water has rusted the old screws so these would turn but not loosen, so broke to remove.
new one is broken so work halted and will replace tomorrow and wait another week for new part!!

links to elsawin pics on removal, but as said. not needed, more for ref.

Just a note when you do the nuts up on the spoiler be careful not over tighten them as the thread they go on to is only held in by plastic surrounding it once they snap your screwed, think someone tried wrenching off the spoiler on my car before I had it and weakened the fixings so it's now held done with alot of glue, silicone, no nails etc lol

oh got bigger issues than that, but thanks for heads up.
can't get the plastic trim back on and getting very p1$$ed off with it. may need new trim soon if temper (can be very short too long ) is kept in, so time for a squash and food.

****ing cars, hate them at times, but £90 an hour i cannot afford.
