Well at long last the new brakes have turned up!

Got them fitted yesterday, before the snow came down. Was crapping my pants that i may not have done my measurements right at first, as they looked HUGE!

Cracked on with fitting them anyway. Changing pads is going to be a walk in the park. So much easier to work on than the OEM stuff.

Anyway the important part. Pictures;

Rotors are 330mm. Didnt like having brakes that didnt fill my wheels! Only £800 brand new as well, with everything needed to fit them, including braided lines.

Those look awesome. Is there not one of those little grub screws that hold the disc on? Is it just held on by the caliper and the wheel?

They look pretty awesome! You'll have to let us know how they feel! Do they have dust seals on the pots?

Look awesome them! Great price too, equivalent ap, brembo etc are probs triple or quadruple that price! Can't go wrong!

I know it doesnt matter that much but arnt discs on the wrong way round?

No dust seals Ash. Apparently its not unheard of for dust seals to melt ect when used on track due to the temperatures. Just have to give them a clean a bit more regular, but its only 2 bolts!

Scott, the disks are the right way round. That's just how K Sport have their grooves.

Wheels are Pro race 3's, black obviously, 17x7 and at a guess, offset of around et42. Rears are spaced out 25mm. Tyres are Toyo t1r's 205/40 17.

Ahh cool! I had some pro race 1.2's et35 7x17 and wouldn't go over the ap's, gutted isn't the word. Maybe it's the spoke design, might have to try the pro race 3's, think I like them better anyway!

Cars looks great, you got any pictures of the whole car ? just wanted to see them alloys from a far thats all :)

No decent full car shots at the moment. Hoping to get out and get some very soon though. Just need the weather to. Brighten up a bit!
