If that's the case and you want to stick to Performance Torque, get the rear ARB and a uprated gearbox (dog bone) mount. Will help with the wheel hop massively! Then with the extra vouchers look at some engine mods like silicone hoses etc

Looks like this is the plan of attack, arb/dbm and any extra bits, then a performance torque remap.

I get married this new years eve so need it done before the real saving starts haha

I like that! Very tempted to do this to mine and the rear 'S' boot lid badge while I'm at it.

Have you done yours?

Tom - not done the rear yet, want to though but im not sure on how to get the badge out of the boot lid
as far as i know im the only one who has done the surround carbon too, loads of others have done the "S" though.
im also thinking about doing the rear bumper valance in the LCR bumper and the front splitter in the stuff too

Shaun - yes it is the Di Noc stuff, i got it off ebay - 2x A4 sheets for just under 3.50 posted, there was cheaper on there but there pics didnt look that good

i used just over half a sheet, that did the "S" badge, the grill surround and the ring on the gear knob i then went on and did the back case of my HTC desire as they dont do a CF case for it lol

heers a pic with out the flash on the camra (i used my phone for this and its not the best pic)

yeah after I saw yours I was tempted to the Carbon alot but had loads of gloss black left over from the valance and grills so thought to do this first.

My OEM badges have arived aswel so tomorrow I'm going to spend some time on it (buff and a hard wax) and get the D80 out for some proper pics, nearly 10 months and I havnt gone to my 'Photo spec'.

Next is DBM, wheel refurb and then either Miltek or Revo but that depends on post birthday cash flow.

Yeah Miltek is only going to be an option once mine falls apart, now on last inspection was rather rusty so if it goes after my B'day funds are in then its that, if not then Remap so im hoping for just surface rust ;)

I used to work (before teaching) as a valetor for Jag for a mates company (this turned into Maserati Ferrari just as I left!!!) so buffing became a skill I aquired. I did a mates Astra last week after he had stayed as it was so bad I couldnt let him drive away dirty.

Hoping to get a good 6hours on the lcr then to my favourite place to get good 'shine' pics. Check the first page for my ex GTA and R32 after a good 2 day session

hehe I was going for black but then still want to retain a really standard look so just a nice refresh really. Ill be living in the shed, I can see the better half not being happy after day 3.

Badge is really easy to take out, 3/4 screws and then it all slides out complete. Badge and surround then unclip seperate
