Right i need 4 new tyres, can get them fitted free so will order online for maximum cheapness ;)
Ive kinda come to the conclusion that toyo proxes are the way forward, £285.40 posted from www.topgear.co.uk.
So, do any of you guys know of anywhere cheaper ?
Or
Can you recomend any other tyres that may make me change my mind from the proxes, i like the look of paradas but wet weather grip isnt all that good with them.

205/45/16's i think.

Thanks for any info
Dan

Am i glad i asked :funk:
£50 extra in my pocket! Bonus :D
I cant see me finding them any chaper than that anywhere!
But maybe someone will come up with the goods ???

Thanks very much PLuKE and i owe you a pint

I personally would pay that little bit extra and go for Goodyear Eagle F1's. I have them in 205/45/16 all round on my car and i love the way they ride, reasonably quiet, really good grip in the dry and still really good grip n the wet, they are lasting well as well and i drive alot of miles. They are also predictable as in you know when they are going to "let go" when pushing too hard. Not too expensive if you shop around. i managed to get 2 from my local garage for £150 fitted and balanced which is £75 a tyre which isnt too bad.

Yep +1 for T1R's here ;) Very quiet and good grip (wet and dry) Just moved to them from Pirelli PZeros and the difference is excellent

Havnt tried neros tbh mate.
Ive just ordered proxes from camskill.co.uk £236 :funk: NICE!
Better than the tyre places near me! some of them wanted over £400 fitted!
I can get them put on free so thats a nice saving i think :D

Yep I just got 4 of these so feel a bit safer for the winter now, got mine from Camskill, they are a good price but prob just cos most people want them fitted as well and camskill just deliver them to you .

1 for yoko paradas here. More grip in the dry than you can use on a public road, but they aint to clever in the wet

I hate Nero's with a passion.

P Zeros lasted longer than my Toyos. But now I have Yoko Parada Spec 2s and they are great :D

I will buy them again next time.

get 215/40/16 ;) Im going to try toyos nxt, but i currently have avons up front and they have been brillient. Excellent in the dry and corner well in the wet aswell. But i dont do wheelspin launches.
