Guys whats your take on the inlet/outlet sizes? I am seeing a decent size cooler with 57mm inlet/outlets. Any good? Whats the size of the top hoses, ones which link to the charge pipe etc
 
looks very small in comparison, and not that cheap tbh

it does look very small. even my m8s polo gti is bigger than that n that's tiny.

One thing i noticed the mk4 ibiza cupra came with quite big front mounts already fitted standard.

its such a shame the forge ones are quite expensive if they lowered the price they would sell alot more.

has anyone got an links to the IC they are using? Been reading throug loads of threads but can't seem to find any active links. Need to kow what pipework is required as well :D

Like bend, couplers etc..... Help anyone?
 
Fantastic effort Stu and all...I am gonna be doing this asap....Trouble is mines an LC...

Im thinking of going for the French/German linked intercooler 550 x 230 x 65 which has 60mm inlet/outlet.

Would this be ok to use on Leon Cupra? Not sure of pipe dimensions on LC, but i know id either have to route pipes as per golf boys/Adam cupra OR buy r/h intake manifold. What else would i need to swap over manifold?

Would the throttle mech etc all transpose over?

didnt a few people in the past have problems with uni-fit fmic, i thought i seen a few posts for it.
dont hold me too it tho lol.
 
theres a place in Hinkley Leicestershire that does uni i/c and there meant to be pretty cheap aswell as being good quality. they also do them to your spec i believe just got to try and find there no.
