Update : I did the n249 delete to get rid of some vacuum hides and it improved very slightly but still actual boost is nowhere near requested, would the symptoms point towards a weak actuator spring as it doesn't hit requested at any point on the logs?

weak actuator, or leaks (smoke tested it?) or tired turbo...

Blocked or under size air filter?

Thanks for the reply mate, I'm running a pipercross foam cone which is almost brand new, I don't have access to a smoke tester and it seems all my local garages arent equipped with testing facilities. I have renewed as much of the hose and pipework as possible,if I sit in 6th the boost gauge will hold 18-20psi but drops rapidly over 5k revs, would fitting a spring on the actuator arm sufficiently override a low cracking point?just looking at my options before I hit the expensive side.

dont add a spring to the actuator, it will overboost

there is always the chance the actuator/turbo is tired
Is it slow to spool also? lazy to get up to whatever boost it manages to muster?

i changed the n75, no difference. changed the CTS just to get rid of the only code showing,
it actually spools up pretty well and has no signs of wear on it.
whilst checking the turbo i noticed the TIP has a hoseclip missing to hold it onto the turbo... wtf have i bought lol.

anyway heres another log if anyone cares to spot something that i havnt.

ok so on my problem solving hunt i came accross this whilst fitting a missing hose clip on the TIP.... It WAS a creations motorsport item which came fitted with the car,it now resembles a prolapse lol.

and since i disturbed it fitting the hose clip i have dropped another 6psi all round, pretty certain that this is the culprit of my problems now!

so are there any contacts for creations motorsports on this forum?

also any recommendations on an upgrade?links?

thanks.

Carl

yup its completely useless, and i removed the pipe myself to aid the hoseclip fitting..
i havnt heard any other bad feedback on this product which is strange, worth getting in touch with them?
