Weird sound after fitting TIP - 007 DV - Jabba induction kit

if it is that then im sure it just needs adjustment. main thing is its the easiest to remove and put back if it isnt that.
the cold air feed on mine isnt an exact fit so the vacuum never builds up enough. if yours is creating more suction it might be causing the squeak.
if the sound goes when you remove it pm luke on here.. they have fitted hundreds.

at least it rules out boost leak/tip issues if its the case

ok i geuss i could check that if the heat shield is the problem,

but that would also mean that it is not getting sufficiënt air to the engine ?

id guess the engines getting what it needs, its possibly just sucking against the heat shield/bonnet which makes the sound.
even though theres about an inch gap where the pipe enters i can still hear the bonnet being sucked down as the turbo builds up. if the pipe fitted perfectly i think id hear air being drawn over the top of the shield.

yeah the air feed pipe does close it pretty good, and also when i see the bonnet carpet, it shows where the heatshield sits so it does close it off pretty good i think.
