today was spent installing HIDs into the fogs, retinted them to a more yellow look and i resprayed all the grill from matte black to gloss black. Gloss black looks soo much better IMO

Mine and the Monsterwraps 'interceptor' volvo C30 :)

the fogs are lovely and bright that i can use them as dipped beam without blinding people :)

i was gonna fit a set of 4300k HIDs for the dipped but when i put one in it turned out to be more like a Halogen!!

took all the grills off apart from the 2 either side of the S one as they dont come out so you have to mask up and spray those while on the car

Replaced all filters, new plugs, oil drained and refilled with Fuchs Titan Race Pro S, 4 new Vred Sessanta's, we fitted my Creation Motorsport wheel centreing plates and screwed my coillies down to match the back, the stance is spot on now! Quite a productive days as you can see :D

She looks awesome mate congrats.. Yeah they're awesome, they make the lowered stance look spot on and they do as they say on the tin, they're fairly easy to fit the only difficulty is you have to disconnect the brake lines to allow access, when you bolt the plates in and reconnect the lines they pull quite tight due to the brake being moved further away.

Please excuse the state of her, this pic is for demonstration purposes only :p

Cheers dude, try and keep it nice, glad those plates work I'll get some at the end of the month, I hate the broken look that mk4 golf platform cars get when they are lowered, might gain me a bit of clearance on my cobrasport exhaust as well

Driving along friday heard a knock thought the passenger top mount had finally given up the ghost, So jacked the car up saturday morning to inspect it and i found this :O

Yeah i just bought 2 new springs from eibach at £147 inc vat. got a 4 week wait for them though, on the up side gives me a chance to strip down the wishbones and hub and give them a good clean up and paint. along with new bearings and bushes.

Just replaced the dip stick holder , the old 1 had crumbled to 3 pieces , new bosch wiper to front and rear , quick and easy to do
