Fitted the original Bosch DV to see uf it makes a difference as forge said the 007 wasn't causing me issues. Well looks like it was . The bosch seems to hold boost for longer and more consistant on and off boost after a trip to crewe last night. It sometimes felt like it wasn't boosting correct like it was leaking and with the Bosch DV it seemed to be fine! And held it for longer. Ill just wait for a service kit for my 007 And poss get hold of some shims for it and see if that does the trick!

I think you may be right. Although it did make a bit of a funny noise a couple of time when is was sittin at about 50-60 in 5th but like a buzzing sound but put that down to the fact its prob not been used for 4 or 5 years . But there is definatly and improvement . Iv been waiting for the service kit for over 2 weeks now! Goin to put that in with a shim or two when I can get hold of some and see if that makes a difference !

I serviced it about 6 months ago! I'm waiting for the revised piston of forge, yeah iv got the yellow spring in it so that's right,

Last night I ordered some washer jets (thanks lee), then I got a knock on my door from my neighbour saying she signed for my alloys but could I move them because they were blocking her hallway, result.

Now I just need to find out about maybe stretching tyres. If anyone knows anything useful let me know.

Got a huge crack in my screen from a passing police car!

Nice :s
I wonder how much agg' they'd give you if you did it to them?!

Short shift DIY part 01 MASSIVE difference, well worth the free nut and bolt from work!
Attempt to do the side to side movement tomorrow, I couldn't be bothered to remove the gearbox mount today.

Made in Spain, made better in England;) 223.3hp 263.8lbft

If you undo the bracket for the powersteering pipe it can be removed.

Installed fan jets for the windscreen, all they need is a light sanding/filing to make them narrower and the clip straight in.
They are of a Peugeot and the ebay ad was FRONT WINDSCREEN MIST TYPE SPRAYER WASHER JETS X 2 FOR PEUGEOT 206 6438E6 6438E6 is the part number for them, 10 minute job.

How do the old ones come out? Did you have to undo/remove anything else or is it just old ones out, new ones in (after a bit of sanding)?

I'm on the look out for some slim washer jets to make some headlamp washers out of
