I fitted a handbrake from an Anni Mk4 Golf and ordered myself a new stereo surround so i can finally throw away my hideous gold coloured plastic fascia! £11 well spent!

yeah mate im from Southampton. Only had my Cupra for a week now so still got a long way to go to catch up with some of you lot!
Fitted two new lower front arms which seems to have got rid of the slight knock every time I went over a speed bump.

Fair enough, still not a risk Id personally run.
Fitted a replacement bonnet as some one decided to drop a brick from 4th floor onto my original one
Hope it improves you're feelings towards your car. When are you booked in to see Bill?
I do feel better about things mate, The bonnet still needs to be aligned properly but its on and looks
far better.
I won't be able to get to Bill's now until late May as its my sons 9th birthday on the 15th of May so money will be tight.
Plus Bill isn't close to me at all, I tried to tie it in with a visit to the family but that failed as the engine mount gave up!
If the overboosting can be solved I will love the car, would ideally like to solve the overboosting myself before going to Bills so the time can be spent mapping instead of problem solving.
