It took many hours of fiddling and swearing haha it's a pain to get to and the oil and water lines are a twat but apart from that its easy, yeh mines lcr
Well spent a fair few penny's
Brought some maquires gold class wax plus qwick wax and a glay bar kit. I was taking advantage of halfords 3 for 2 offer.
Then orderd new touch up pen from seat.
Finally installed new filter and heat sheild, need to extend the filter and also need cold air feed but i like the filter.
Also after months of having IE fuel rail and installed that today but it's leaking out of the fuel pressure hosing, ive made sure it's all tight and sealed but will have to sort that out.
I thought i would be different and couldn't be bothered sanding the inlet so i heat wrapped it. The runners need wrapping will do that another time or i might paint them.
Clay bared, polished and waxed the car properly first time since I've owned it, removed all the tar spots and light swirls. looks amazing but now it's so shiny you can now see all the small dents, scratches and peppered bonnet.
Also fitted replacement climate control unit so screen works and now all blows nice and cold, cleaned the temp sensor whilst I was at it.
Also fitted my parrot kit, was a bitch as not many places to fit the main box so had to go with where the changer should be.
Lots of swearing trying to feed cables through the dash.
Tomorrow is N249 and forge refurb kit for the 007 DV.
