Same - I have a Ring one. Cost about £25 and given the number of times I had to top up my tyres before I got the wheels refurbished, I'd have bankrupted myself if I'd paid a pound every time.

I have a feeling that would be expensive compared to just buying a whole exhaust - anything to do with welding normally costs me too much... Are you running a standard exhaust on yours?
That does look nice... Is there a difference in sound with a girthy oval?

it looked way better on the ground and the wheel gap is horrendous but can drive stress free now and and damn it feels good compared to the 6 year old cheapest adjustable coils. power wise can't feel no change from the 3" decat, got to still get few bits before changing the stock tune.

Slightly but replaced the whole system so hard to say what difference a tail pipe makes.
Been spending a bit of time looking at my exhaust lately and I can't help feeling like these are a bit weedy.
I had my backbox hanger welded years ago because it had rusted away and was wondering if I can just replace that part of the exhaust with something that has bigger tips, or if I can do anything to the tips by themselves.
As it's a diesel, I wouldn't get any performance gains from a whole new exhaust, but if I might make it sound a bit better, that's always a bonus...

Get a Miltek, either cat back or turbo back (which I’ve got
) - fills the bumper gap much better
I got a dummy cat welded over the Miltek downpipe just for MOTs (£48)

Me too but mines in the shed somewhere. Ive been up since 4am so did it on the way home so when i got in i could just flop on the sofa.
Going to dig it out at the weekend.
Mine failed with a decat, I knew it would but crossed my fingers and hoped for the best anyway.
I have a 5" Magnaflow sports cat awaiting fitment now...

If it a cat back resonated 2.5" SS exhaust from Toyosport a couple of months ago and a 3" decat pipe. Fitted the exhaust to the OG cat as I have a similar one from Toyosport on my ST170. Howls like the hounds from hell, quite frankly it's a little embarrassing for a chap of my age.
The one on the Cupra is exactly opposite and is only slightly louder than stock, which is nice. It was only £159 new, got it when eBay were doing 20% off deals. I've got 12 days ago of next month and might fit the decat just to see how it sounds.
Now I've rejuiced my hydraulic jack I've got no excuse to not to get the car up in the air, and it needs an engine and gearbox oil change anyway.
Also just fitted a a new gear stick gaiter with red stitching today. Looks good and easy job.
