There's a lot of comparing cars going on at the moment, something I've noticed is some people aren't considering the effects that different settings/components/fuel quality and adaptation levels are having between cars. Seems to be a lot of 'why is my car wrong?' questions being asked when in reality there seems to be nothing wrong other than different (possibly too high) settings being used.
You have to really look at block 114 in conjunction with 115 (to see boost) so you can see what the load requests are, and whether the ECU is correcting them for any reason.

Wanna tell us how to read into the information from 114,115?

Not really, it's not that straight forward... I can't give you indicative figures to look for. Having said that...

On 114 you're looking at:

Specified load, Corrected Specified load, Actual Load, Wastegate Duty Cycle

The first three should really match up, if you've problems or have incorrect settings then they won't. The 4th colomn can be used to tell you if you've set too high a setting with boost.

www.ross-tech.com - VAG COMs website is the best to tell you how to use it!

Heres a quick graph i flung together with some runs from davidol, jonzy and myself...

comparison.jpg

Red is my Cupra
Blue is davidol
The rest are jonzy

Solid = requested
Dotted = delivered

The revo maps runs lots more boost midrange, but they all tail off and equal out from 4.5k onwards.

just looks like a pissed spider been painting?

Also what setting are we all running? Mine is LB9 T7 on esso 97 sul

im sure when stage 2 was discussed before most people commented on the fact that it actually lowered their peak boost slightly (daz_gibbo?) but smoothed out the power and held boost longer, looks like jonzys is peaking like a bitch then requesting more but the turbo cant maintain it

Mine is pretty much the same as Jonzy's log tbh, i get slightly more on the peak than his. but for some reason i achieve way less g/s than him. Dirty maf v brand new maf possibly?

I dont think stage 2 would suit me then, obviously holds boost much better higher up the rev range but i think i'd miss that huge low down shove stage 1 gives you

I always wondered, how useable is 1st and 2nd gear with Revo?

My Star map runs quite low boost in comparison. But top end they run the same boost.
