Ive currently got a set of 17inch O.Z ultraleggeras and im on standard hieght, i want my car to be low but practical as can be and im thinking should i just lower the car on the current wheels or get some 15,16inch wheels then lower it? if u think i should stick with the 17's then how low can i go with out rubbing or anyother lark ?
If u think i should go smaller wheels what wheels would u recomend and how low could i go then ??
p.s if i go with the smaller wheels i want some good dish on them too, would any work be required or any spacers need fitting??

thanks
Chris

for a decent drop 17'' rims are too big (i've been there and tried that!)
Get some 16's on it and drop it till the tyres fill the arches - job done ;)

i have the standard 16's on mine and i have a drop of about 65m. I do get a tiny bit of noise when turning full lock left but its not hurting the tyres so i dont worry.

17's on an ibiza i think are all about the style of the wheel. I saw some TSW catalunya's in 17's once and they looked great.

i'd only go down to 15's if i had Ronal Turbo's ( god i love Ronal Turbo's )

just remember with your 17" wheels you are loosing acceleration but gaining a higher topspeed, getting some smaller wheels like 14"/15" alloys will give you some more acceleration but less top speed. i want some 15" compomotives

either those or ....

mk3 cupra alloys

i think the 16's or 17's thing just depends on the wheels.

have you seen those halfords specials around at the moment that are half silver and half black...they make me want to be sick !!!

coming to a corsa near you !

may not be as drastic as you think, go up a wheel size and down a tyre size or two...overall circumfrance wont chang alot
