Turn off the auto speed/volume thingy, just scroll through the menu till you come across it and disable it.

For those of us what don't have those fancy electric mirrors.... :D

When a passenger gets in, looks at the door and says (while pulling it all over the place) what's this for??? [:@] Followed by ooops sorry, and, why don't you have electric mirrors? I thought this was for the window...

When you pull the handle on the front seat to get into the back, and it comes off in your hand! :headhurt:

Also, when to lights mist up randomly regardless of weather (have found a cure for this though :)

other than that, i adore the old girl (in flash red she's a stunner!)

Bit unorthodox. BUUTTT...

drill two holes in the back plastic cover (the bit with the metal clips on)

this allows any moisture in the air inside to escape; you'll see it working when you take the back covers off when it is misted, it clears in seconds

should be sorted mate :funk:

p.s it doesn't always work with the rear lenses

it was the first thing i did when i bought the car- ripped them out and let rip!

neighbours looked on in horror

p.s if anyone does find a cure for the rear lenses, let me know, taking the covers off does nothing, i may have to remove the entire unit

Try leaving the lights on with the covers off and wait for them to dry, then put the covers back on. Try this on a dry dau so no moisture gets in. Or you could try a hair dryer, I know several people have done it this way with some success.

Also when you have dried out the lenses, i put small packets of Silica Gel inside the lens (just put some tape on them so you can get them out again to dry them out from time to time)

Think I may have posted a long time ago in here but....

You know you have a MK4 Ibiza when you:

Have condensation in the lights
Jump when the temperature drops below 4C
Get soaked if there is water on the roof and you put the window down
