it looks you have some problem like me, I cant get more of 300ps from my car after the car has a full milltek system, I dont understand why, cupra with only remap has normaly more them 300 ps, my car has only 297ps and I have new map from p-torque. I am very dissopointed with the results.

A standard Cupra pulls very well, a 297ps cupra must be awesome. Don't get hung up on the figures. Too much more will mean new clutch time. I think at your power levels you've got the penny and the bun. Enjoy the motor. I recently had a test drive in a 500 bhp merc, it wasn't half as fast as i was expecting. We always want more.;)

Don't know, but you need an uprated fuel pump for stage 2. The pumps can range from £250 to £750 roughly, plus software upgrade cost, you would be looking at a healthy gain again.

Quoted 700 for pump and stage 2 map, apparently doesnt do much for engine power but gives a healthy torque increase :) , now quaife is ringing around my head lol

Oh and at that site:

V-Tune is available currently for the following VW ECUs:

V-Tune
ECU....................................Part Number
06A 906 032 DL ............. PA100004
06A 906 032 HS ............ PA100004
06A 906 032 HF ........... PA100004
06A 906 032 GH ............. PA100004
06A 906 032 LP ............ PA100004

06A 906 032 ML ............ PA100004

Not sure how accurate that information is but then I have not seen official numbers for a stage 2 Cupra yet either. An FR can make approx 300bhp with the same mods, up 100bhp over stock, so the Cupra probably will too given that 320bhp is possible from a map, full exhaust and filter on a MK2 Leon Cupra.

If it was me, I would not want a huge amount of torque anyway as it is torque that lunches the engine, clutch and box, and with front drive, it is gonna make traction even more of a problem.

I think that stage 2 will equate to approx 340bhp with your mods if you add a better intercooler, and 320ft-lbs, depending on how aggressive they make it.

Interesting and very usefull thanks.

Was planning to try and mate a forge twincooler with an s3 one
Next anyway, then the pump and ph2 map...

Has anybody tride plotting via VAG-COM? is it accurate?

Theres a lad from Romaina on Audi-sport who recons he has 382hp and 333lbft just from a Miltek turbo back , BMC panel filter , and superchips stage 2 , i didn't think this was possible? or is it more bull from the tuners to get you to buy a fuelpump?

Heres a vid of him beating some exotic machines on a drag strip!

None of them I think

I know, car is crazy fast right now, I am just not happy enough, I spetn lots of money to my car and if the other cars with same mods did on dyno 320 and more, and my car is doing under the 300, there has to be some problem, I will order the pump, but thats not the problem. I think its the software with exhaust. I thought I will put the car in stock and go to dyno, but already waiting a week on reply from p-torque about sending me the stock data and still didnt got respond, so propably nobody wants to comunicate with me from them

I know what you mean. Dont get me wrong its fast and puls well, its just a little dissapointing to pay so much and get lower figures than most, especially people without other mods?

Going to phone awesome today to find out if its vtune enabled...

its really maybe the exhaust, p-torque stop communicate with me so I will propably wait on revo stage 2, buy the pump and I hope it will be ok.

Why have they stopped communicating with you?

I dont know, they promised me that if I will have problems again after they did the ECU twice, they will send me stock data. I didnt got respond already two weeks, emailed them 2 times. I need them becose I would like to go to dyno with stock ECU.

They have their own section on here. That would be the best place to try, or give them a call :)

Tommy I sent you the original!!!!

Despite me knowing that your exact software version has made perfect figures, I still have helped you alot via e-mail. Peak figures should not be taken for gospel, especially on only Dyno!

I must admit, this is getting annoying now. We have tuned 14 TFSI Cupra's now, all made 305+bhp with no other modifications.

You are going to 1 dyno, and you have made other changes to the car........stop blaming the mapping. You cannot compare our mapping to another map, and change the fuel pump....its not exactly a fair comparison is it?

I will send the original again, but please dont blame me if you have problems changing the software around

hi, I dont blame you, I just wrote that the software dont work very well with milltek and you know that I did the dyno couple times and on two different types of dyno. I didnt recieved any respond from you two weeks, I will wait on your email with stock data and I hope we will find the problem. Thanks
