well i never.....;)

So CR Turbos say the turbo they supplied is fine...surprise surprise! Whatever Jamie, think you need to remember what you have just been through with other tuners whose products are/were not at fault! From the posts by the OP it sounds very much like the turbo is/was to blame. I will reserve full judgement until an independant garage has looked at the car and found what the problem is.

wind it in, im joking mate

neither of us at the time could tell:)

and at this point in time, no diagnosis of the exact issue has been determined either

Nothing to wind in. I just said its not a surprise that the company has said the product they supplied has nothing wrong with it as we have all heard that before be it true or not.

Still dont quite see what might 100% have caused this unless there is something else that has happened or been done that has not been mentioned.

Was going bring this up today, eventually got me car the garage friday afternoon so they have only just started looking at it from this morning......

if i dont here anything by about wednesday im going to ring them see the update on it....

hope all is good though as it will be a nice xmas present to have my car back in time... :)

no CR Turbos phoned me to ask what problem i had with the turbo as they stripped it down ect and found nothing wrong with it, they said its very rare that these water jackets fail and iirc think he said if it did fail it wouldnt put coolant into my intake as its on the exhaust side....?

yeh the garage are doing a comp test to see if anything........

cool, cant understand how you had liquid in the intake side and all through the intercooler... as if you drove through a lake

neither could i..... lol, i did wash me car before i drove it but i think i would of remembered if i opened me bonnet and put the hose pipe in me t.i.p.

Well, ive had my garage ring me today and good news and bad news.....

good news was me engine isnt knakerd... and the liquid wasnt water or coolant it was petrol...!!!

bad news is my ecu has fried! it was full of water! and it only just has had that map been put on it at RS Tuning, and they had the ecu to copy the map to my ecu...so.... you dont think....? :(

mmm sounds like someone @ RS didnt put the windowscreen seal back on properly and it slowly filled up with water from the screen ????????

poop int it...... i now need a ecu 6k0 906 032

somene just sold one the other week aswell... gutted...

might have to have a word with RS tuning aswell.....

Under no circumstances are you to buy yourself a new one! Unfortunate as it is, i feel some other party is at fault here!

I would be straight on the phone mate if i were you....
