Cheers Boo! I have never really been very good at taking pictures, but this one seems to have come out well so thought i would stick it up. Going gloss black. Seems that the reason i am having problems is that it's too cold when painting, so might try spraying inside me thinks :D

Try warming it up with a hairdryer prior to putting the paint on, makes the surface nice and sticky. I found that worked with my wing mirror surrounds. Oh and get some high build primer too !

if your goin to spray in a non heated garage or shed dont bother.

the air is to cold and the paint will end up looking like sand paper. if your goin to do it, make sure the room/garage is at a living temp then the paint will take nice :)

Just bought myself a forge silicone intake pipe. ( http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/content.asp?inc=product&cat=0017&product=FMINDIBFR4 )

Also bought myself some Audi TT 312mm Brakes Including Discs, Pads, Callipers, Carriers and all bolts etc. Will get some pictures up when i get home.

@ MargheD - Yes, they have been painted and just had some machined decals put on them. Just for the time being untill i fitted the 312mm's that i bought.

@ Cupra.Al, yer i have had the cover sitting in the airing cupboard for a little while all stripped back fown, i need to sand down the plastic section where the S badge would be as i have removed it, i'm guessing i will probably need to fill the hole as well.

I got myself Brembo Max discs for the front and back and I'm planning to paint the calipers red after fitting them. I love the decals, may I ask where you bought them?
