Hi stefan, you mentioned your springs are off a golf mk4?

Does this mean they're interchangeable with no problems

As I've been lookin at a set of koni 40mm ones for a golf and was hopin they'd fit my 04 toledo tdi

Any help?

yep... mk4 golf springs are fully interchangable... for anyone intrested, will be updating this page with quite a few updates on friday/saturday

update time....

decided against a cheap cd player and brought a nice 1 that i could keep. whilst changing the cd player, decided to have a go at making the centre dash look like that off the fr models, think it brightens up the interior a bit so will be staying

new cd player and dash trim

first proper pictures of the finished darker wheels

fitted some front mudflaps, might seperate views here but im a fan

had the side stips colour coded, (can be seen in the other pictures aswell)

had a go at trying something new with the back lights,,, only finished the centre ones atm not sure yet will see what the outer lights turn out like

and finally changed my sidelight bulbs to 1's that match hids, and had a small front sunstripp fitted

it has been booked in twice now to have a black roof but both times iv had to cancel due to work, was booked in friday thats why i was going to update today, but obviously wasnt done yet,,, will be soon hopefully tho

rear bumper is off the car being fully smoothed... progress pics soon hopefully

black roof booked in for friday

LCR Front bumper just brought after days of checking ebay everyday

headlining dyed black and talking to david at seremotor about sourcing the rest of the interior parts atm

very very excited cars is starting to take shape,, although atm with half the interior out, no back bumper its not looking its best

erm price hasnt been discussed for smoothing the rear yet, all that was said is that he did a mates bumper for £180 smoothed and sprayed.. he said mine should be around that.. so we shall see... its a barrow job so is fiiting it in when he can, thats why its taking about a week.. collecting the front bumper on sunday and hopefully have it painted next week aswell

Good work Stefan, i'm liking the rear lights better plus can't wait to see the black roof and the bumpers done although i'm not sure about the bra - the jury is still out on that one.

not a fan of the rear lights myself... gone off tinted 1s all together,, going to get new standard lights and give them a red tint to cover the reverse lights and indicators.
hopeing the bonnet bra might match the car a bit better with the roof done

Looking forward to the pics.... so far all I have done is get some 18" wheels which are currently being refurbed...... I have loads of ideas just no time to do it..... Very frustrating....
