just wandering what things have you had replaced under warranty? how old is your car etc
ive bought mine from seat in february car is 4year old with 25 thousand on the clock
I'd think that you could do worse than cut loose from the Seat dealers and take it to the proper VAG independant place in Dysart www.starperformance.co.uk and ask them to replace the TCA voided bushes with Cupra solid ones - what good is a warranty when some of the dealers are not up to supporting these cars and their problems. Who was your dealer - Seat Fife in Glenrothes? I thought that they would have been okay as far as Seat dealers go in Scotland, my daughter bought an SC there a couple of weeks ago.
Edit:- and get them to replace the drop links while they are at it, the change in the feel of the car will improve quite a bit as well as you hopefully losing the noises.
Ive had mines in to the local dealers, they were looking at it for an hour and a half and they couldnt find any fault no idea what todo now
i was getting this noise too, I found it seemed to be coming from the bumpstops on my coilovers and just sprayed wd40 on the bumpstop and moved them up and down, all seems fine now, still get a tiny noise but the car is going into a vag specialist on saturday to have the cupra bushes fitted, then ill be doing the tracking etc so should be sorted, i always expected a couple of extra little noises when fitting coilies but not sure if you lot are on standard suspension or not?
I'd think that you would be better off getting your VAG specialist to do a complete four wheel re-alignment after getting the Cupra bushes fitted - that will include the toeing as well (I'd reckon that you meant "toeing" when you wrote "tracking").
