Wheel fitting - Quick One!

I know there is a full thread of what will fit etc... however I can't find it.

Here is the situation, will these fit my ibiza:

16 x 7 on front 16 x 8 on back + 25mm spacers front and rear. ET of around 52.

195/45/16 tyres.

Ok running through my mental arithmetic:

Standard Sport Wheel is ET37 iirc?

ET52+25mm spacers = ET27 which is the equivalent of OEM wheels plus a 10mm spacer (which is fine!)

Only thing is what width are standard sport wheels? 6.5J?? the extra 1.5" on the back will maybe push the wheel another 10mm closer to the arch?

get a tape measure out if i was you as the standard sport wheel is 6x16 Et 43 and based on new ones being et52 it's a fair chunk of inner space taken up


7x16 = 22mm less on inner edge / 4mm extension on outer edge

8x16 = 34mm less on inner edge / 16mm extension on outer edge



not too bad overall though and might need a spacer here and there depends on the room you have on the outside should be able to get it lined up sweet looking

My extension, I presume you mean sticking out the arch?

Think with 195 tyres should be ok, as they'll be some stretch...
