I think I'll stick with my factory 197bhp & 43mpg, this sounds tooooo much trouble
. And £40 to my local mechanic for fitting the two egt sensors. So that £1165 excluding travelling 110 mile round trip 3x to customcode. THis is a tight month for me as i'm paying £2000 insurance in a 1ner on the 27th! So i am not best pleased. And Andy mpg difference for me so far has probs been slightly worrse than my stage 1 Angel TUning remap. Maybe it will improve when the lambda is replaced.Thats good news
My Leon seems to be getting a slightly lower MPG since the cold weather too, i believe this to be due to the fact that cold air is denser so the mass is higher which then requires more fuel to be injected to get the most out of the combustion process and to keep the temperature within limits in the cylinder? If somone can confirm this?
My others halfs diesel is also using slightly more diesel with the cold weather, this also applys to petrol engines too.

You had an EGR fault, completely unrelated to the DPF delete pipe and tuning.
You decided to have your DPF re-installed as you was not satisfied with the 218bhp the car was producing.
As advertised we state 'We have seen increases between 220-240bhp'
This obviously varies on the vehicle.
You might consider 2bhp to be a nightmare, but I think the majority would be pleased with the gains.

Yep VW Racing had there 2.0TDI Van running 300bhp but its not just injectors i think its a hybrid turbo aswell
The injectors cost close to 5k aswell![]()

Yeh exactly what i thought tbh if your De-DPF makes 240bhp then surely a Hybrid Turbo would put you at nearly 300 anyway
If the std injectors can flow enough. I think pd mike has uprated injectors in his a3?
