Thanks for the guide :)
Your welcome

Nice one mate, very clear guide. Going to try this and see what I think on my car. Know it gets mixed opinions!!

I just put back on my N249 yesterday to troubleshoot another problem i have, i forgot how quite it makes your DV and how crap my boost has got.

Needless to say the whole valve and wiring for the N249 is being promptly removed tomorrow.

Mines done a little different I have come strait from under the inlet manifold left hand side as you look at it and gone strait to the dv , then I have removed all pipe work / black box on top of the rockercover , the only thing that's still there is the grey block as it's plugged in altho I'm going to get a resistor and take it out

Exactly the same as me mate, much simpler if you ask me than all this faffing with t-pieces, looks alot neater too.

Are you getting a plug to wire your resistor to? I was going to do this last year but bough the wrong plug by mistake.

I no fook all the t pieces here there and every where the only t I have is on the fpr for the boost guage , didn't no there was a plug for I it I was just going to cut the plug off and put spade connectors on a resistor and hide the wire away , just trace the vac lines one goes to the fpr the other should go strait to the dv
