You can vent the N75 to air, doesnt need to go to the TIP.

Run a catch tank for the other one.

Job done.

Lmfao My Mate Said the same thing when i just asked Him.....He's Welsh Too Great Minds?

So all i need is a 25mm Dv Port No?

Il get a picture tonight of the tip all welded up

lol. Exactly that. Thats what ive done for my TIP, makes it so much easier.

You can get self sealing take offs which you can use on silicone if you really want to run them. I used one for the feed to my boost controller.

Finally got Round to Precisely Fitting the Ports Needed for the Leon And i needed to work out were they Needed to be as i didnt want any Ports Specialy the 25mm DV port Near the Maf....

Plus Im gonna Keep the Silicone Coupler In the Middle Due to me wanting to Move the Battery in to the Boot Over Christmas...So when i do i can simply Loose it and Change the degree To fit a Bigger Filter...

Anyway Its all Done bar the welding Up Which il be getting Done Next week if i get time...Its Turned Out Rather Nice..

Well Its all Welded up now which is nice but im gonna do the usal Logs on the car With the OEM Actuator And Forge Tip and 210map..

Then log it again with Oem Actuator And 3'' tip on 210map But im in 2 minds weather to de-screen the maf?

Well done Danny that looks very neat, i'm sure it will be worth your hard work. To descreen or not has taken a bit of a turn tonight after Bill has results that would suggest that screened is best. My butt Dyno says different but you can't argue with the results of the dyno. If your very careful you can descreen a maff and put it back exactly as it came appart if your not to heavy handed. Try the tip and stock maff first and if your able to descreen with no damage then try that and let us know. :)

Well i started the car up 2day to do some logs and it wasnt running right with 0psi Boost In limp mode..

Close expection and the welds have snapped/Come Loose and my ports were just Dangling there no im fuming as i paid a Local Place 25ph todo this which took 10minutes todo..

anyway ive took it off and im just not happy with it now i poped up to Machine mart and bought Alloy 5356 grade 0,9mm wire to use in my mates mig spool welder and for some reason it just isnt sticking which i dont understand...

Now my dad Told me about a Techinc called Flux Brazing with a Propane Torch...Tbh i aint going back to that place as the guy was a twat with me...

unlucky there danny with the spool gun have you changed the gas over need argon has to weld ali, just got my new tig welder up and running if i had more time to get my welds spot on would of tig it up for you bud

Thanks Bill..

Seems People Seem to think that it wasnt the correct voltage or dc/ac setting yet I took it to a welding place..

I took it to peices and Wire Brushed It down and got rid of any Excess Weld and im gonna Use the Brazing Techinic.....Ive got a Propane burner and just order'd some Non flux Blazing Rods @ 380c..We use it at work but it has Flux in side of it so it isnt as pure Than the Non flux stuff...
