I understand what youre saying mate but it does affect boost too mate, turn it down to 66-75% and you will notice that the turbo only hits a similar percentage of normal boost.

The USB cable I ordered Monday arrived today. I downloaded Unisettings, got that to work and added 3 degrees of timing. Using it and logging will have to wait until tomorrow night though.
I've also managed to get the cable to work with Vag-Com. Can anyone tell me what baud rate I can set the Com port to?

Thanks Mark, that's what mine's at. I just wondered if the ecu would communicate at a higher rate to improve logging sampling.
Might as well try increasing it, iirc you just get a communications error when you've increased it too much.

Haven't tried logging with the new cable yet Phil. That's tonight's plans.
The car's sitting there with timing +3. (A bit like a boob job where the bandages haven't come off yet - or is if Frankensteins monster before the kites were launched.........)
