you change your mind more than i dont know what danny lol
Is your actuator wound up too tight, what fault codes does vagcom report. Thanks Carl..
Currently I've only got the n75 installed on its own.any ideas?
as in on the WC or is the Mrs bent over in front of you like.Just on the shitter will report back in a moment..
Would this explain me not hitting 24psi.and boost tailing of really quickely
Its possible Danny but if anything i would have thought that the increased flow of the mani would reduce back pressure on the wastegate but i may be wrong on that one. I had your PM mate but i'm not too sure on the ports, i'm sure boost feed is on the bottom though. Thanks Carl..
Just checked Vag-com zero Codes but earlier when i was driving it wasn't starting to spool till around 3krpm then was sluggish coming on boost...This was in 2nd and 3rd..
Im currently Using a Green spring which is slightly stiffer than the OEM one...But could the New Manifold flow be Pushing the Wastegate open?I can just use my Gauge to Tighten it to 24psi like last time...Tune it to the way it was before..?
Did you get my P'm about the MBC..
Yeah i thought that about the MBC..Il try the Boost Going in to the Bottom and then the other to the actuator? No?
Do i get the actautor line on a foot pump and watch the wastegate and pump and it should open up?
I'd leave the mbc alone (leave in your tool box) until you get this problem eliminated.
Yep..... pump connected direct to wastegate and measure the psi required to cause first movement of the actuator.
