Are you sure when you were tightening the actuator you weren't actually slackening it.
I know you've had a lot more experience of this piece than I have but you could have had a late night brain fart and gone the wrong way??
Hose knocked off from the N75 to actuator?

Feels like a Utter Bellend...

Might have set my actuator wrong...Just spoke to john my Lever is set right at the end of the rod near the Actual Forge thing...Not the other end were ud actually put the nut on...

So its wide open at the moment..

Utter B.E.L.L.E.N.D :D
;):p

lol

This is were it is at the moment...So ive loosened it and moved it to the other end 5mm from the end infact...Actuator arm feels wobbly...were it is at the moment

It has been known for the diaphrams to rupture. Remove the actuator from the bracket and dissemble the actuator and check the diaphram. Even better just pressure the test the actuator and see what pressure it move at if at all.

yea that looks fudged .
but with a yellow spring in would make it stiffer than the green 1. im pretty sure the green 1 is rated lower than the oe actuator

All i Can say is LOL...

Watch this Short video...It look ok to you...**SNIGGER** its less than 2 months old...

I Haven't took it apart yet lol
Danny, i'm shaking my head when i watched that, what the F**k have you done to it. can't wait to see the internals of this. Try the yellow but at 9psi its a fair bit stronger than stock @5-6 psi.
And ffs get us some new logs once sorted as we all want to see how much more the mani has added.

This ''No Boost'' issue has been going on long before i fitted the manifold and now its gave up the ghost...Looking at the internals It looks ''Burnt''...

I want to see the Logs with my New Manifold,MBC and Yellow spring inside to...It was quick before with OEM manifold,N75 and green spring lol

Least i wernt Adjusting it the wrong way lol,

did you unwind the stud out of the ally piston inside?
I have had the blue plastic thing melt on one of my ihi's previously.. its only plastic which aint going to put up with high heat.. I made a phosphor bronze equivalent for mine there after.

the stud screwed into the ally piston which sits against the diaphragm. Used to be loctited in when I last dismantled one.

sound slike the blue plastic jobbie has melted like mine did tho..

aye. mine did the same.
plastic is not up to those radiated temps

phosphor bronze bush time + heat wrap the thing next time also to protect the diaphragm from getting too hot.
