I'll be the first to say as everyone is going to anyway..
Remap..
Remap is the only thing worth doing without DPF removal. And maybe short shifter if your car is manual. Is that it or would you do anything else, apart from lowering, wheels etc...

Whats DPF mate and what does it do and what will it improve if removed?
You have a lot to learn.
Here, read this DPF clicky As yours is a facelift FR TDI you probably won't have any issues due to your Common Rail injection rather than the prefacelift PD injection.
I'm picking up a prefacelift FR Tdi on the weekend. From what youre saying above, does it mean that I would have problems 'IF' I removed the DPF? or that I would get problems anyway.. therefore I 'SHOULD' remove the DPF?
Generally speaking it is common to get dpf problems with the dpf in place in the older pd models new cr leon fr's run cleaner and have less problems with there dpf. DPF delete remapping will greatly improve power but also comes with the risk of problems, but just your luck really.![]()
