Very
James you have a Pm
Hello mate, tbh I dont have the time or inclination to make anymore as I had to make the on the car to keep them square.
Feel free to copy my design though its not very complex. Just need access to a welder.
Its not quite as simple and fitting the bracket and it will fit though..
You will need to remove the aircon rad, move the water rad back by 30mm, trim a fair bit of slam pannel away, it helps to modify the crash bar to allow airflow to the whole surface of the cooler (unless you already have a forge one) and also a bit of bumpet trimmage.
I also used the slam pannel supports that were cut out as brackets to support the bottom of the cooler to keep it completely rigid.
It wasnt an easy job to get it to fit.
Very do-able though and is well worth the extra effort as it is a very good cooler and not alot of money!
Sorry I cant help though.
Just you want to make sure you connect the bracket to the bonnet hinge in someway or the pannel will flex and the bonnet wont close!
Looking good Joe, make sure you bead the pipes as they will be popping off every 5 mins!
Oh and also did you buy jubilee clips from forge or use the ebay ones?
looks good m8 did you just use one of the universal pipe kits ?
I would definitely get them beaded mate. Bill charges £2 a bead iirc. Well worth investing in some decent clamps too, forge ones are really good but I agree they are a bit deer! I would avoid using the t-bolt clamps as they have to be tightened up so tight to ensure a good seal.
Ow ok you mean move my filter lol you said filet was confusing me so much. Thanks for that mate I'll do that would make sense. Got the flexi thanks for that James fits perfect
